Welcome to Petal Culture. By accessing or using our website [petalculture.com.au] ("Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. General

• These Terms govern the use of our Site and the purchase of products and services from us.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Products & Services

• All floral arrangements and styling products are subject to availability.
• Due to seasonal and market fluctuations, flowers and décor items may vary from those pictured or described, but we will substitute with equal or greater value to maintain the overall style and quality.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once a 30% deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments can be made through credit card or bank transfer.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Collection

• We deliver to agreed locations and delivery fees apply based on location. These fees will be itemised on all invoices and agreed prior to delivery and/or collection.
• Specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to meet requested timeframes.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• For standard orders, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the delivery will be eligible for a refund.
• Wedding and event bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit, with full payment due by 30 days prior to the event.
• Once flowers have been prepared or delivered, no refunds will be issued except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Event & Wedding Bookings

• Quotes are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated.
• Significant changes to event requirements may affect the final price.
• While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, supplier shortages).

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site (including text, images, designs, and logos) is the property of Petal Culture and protected by copyright law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our Site, products, or services.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
